A friend runs a store on the software I designed and worked on for almost 7 years (Greenline) with thousands of SKUs. When orders come in, the real pain is finding the stuff, knowing where each item lives in the space without losing your mind or your margin to endless searching.

I’ve been working on a PickSell integration to help with that: connecting orders to location data and workflows so picking becomes systematic instead of a treasure hunt. It’s one of those “help a friend fix a real problem” projects that turns into a proper tool. Early days, but it’s already making a difference for him.

More to share when it’s in a state worth documenting. If you’re in a similar boat (high SKU count, physical store, orders flowing in) this is the kind of problem I’m aiming to solve.
